Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has welcomed the company’s intern ‘class of 2024-25’ to the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood to embark on an enriching 13-month programme. The 90 new arrivals are all undergraduates, studying a variety of degree courses at universities around the UK.

ROLLS-ROYCE MOTOR CARS AND GOODWOOD ESTATE OPEN NEW PERMISSIVE FOOTPATH
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has supported the creation of a new permissive path, as part of its longstanding environmental partnership with the neighbouring Goodwood Estate. The path links two existing public rights of way (PRoW) to provide a new route between Halnaker and Lavant, improving connectivity between the two villages and providing residents with a safer alternative to walking on the roads.

2024 marks the 120th anniversary of the introductory meeting between Henry Royce and The Hon. Charles Stewart Rolls in 1904. The second instalment of the 'Models of the Marque' series celebrates the Rolls-Royce 40/50 H.P. – the ‘Silver Ghost’. Launched in 1906, its legendary performances in the great motor trials of the early 20th Century cemented Rolls-Royce’s reputation as creators of ‘the best car in the world’.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars marked the 120th anniversary of the meeting of its founders, The Hon. Charles Stewart Rolls and Henry Royce, with a parade of some of its most iconic models at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este on 25 May 2024. Rolls-Royce also chose the occasion for the worldwide public debut of Cullinan Series II, a bold evolution of the world’s pre-eminent super-luxury SUV, on the Grand Hotel’s renowned Mosaic Lawn.
Every year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars marks World Bee Day on 20 May. This year, the celebrations take on a truly international dimension, with activities at the company’s original Apiary at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, and the new beekeeping operations the marque has established elsewhere in the world.

To celebrate the tenth year of London Craft Week, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will debut a remarkable exhibition of craftsmanship at the marque’s flagship residence in Mayfair. On 4 May 2024, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars marks the 120th anniversary of the first meeting between Henry Royce and The Hon. Charles Stewart Rolls. More than 20,000 artefacts unearthed in a detailed archaeological survey carried out on the site of the proposed extension to the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood. Children from Years 3, 4 and 5 at The March CE Primary School, which adjoins the Home of Rolls‑Royce, were invited onto the site to see the work at first hand.
